My name is Sarah Marley, and I am a Scottish marine biologist studying whales and dolphins in Australia. I also have a passion for science communication and enjoy encouraging others to get enthusiastic about the natural world.
I love what I do and I definitely love talking about it! One of the big problems facing scientists is shaking off the “white lab coat and crazy hair” stereotype and sharing their research with the public. I want to show scientists as real people with real lives. Not necessarily normal, but not all that different either…
